James Thomson - Founder/Technical Director
James graduated from Durham University in 2005 with an Honours Degree in Computer Science.
Since then his work has seen the construction of enterprise-class web solutions for large clients both within the UK and throughout Europe. Prior to his involvement with ibod, his most recent 18 month assignment with Corus saw the development of real time process control monitoring systems, as well as a large asset register project for the rail industry.
James has responsibility chiefly for the technical engineering and deployment of ibod's core systems and portals. Additional duties include the odd bit of business development, pitching of the ibod product to potential partners/investors and doing 3pm "chocolate runs" to the local shop.
Outside of work James enjoys playing tennis both competitively and socially, playing piano/organ and socialising with friends. He also has a keen interest in cars.
